Neuropsychology is the study of brain structures and systems, and their relationship with behaviour.  There are many factors that can affect the developing brain - like disease, traumatic brain injury, and neurodevelopmental disorders, just to name a few.  These can affect how a person thinks, learns, feels, and behaves.  

​A neuropsychological evaluation goes beyond a psychoeducational assessment, providing information not only about what the problem is, but also why there is a problem.
